Motion to transfer $_____________from General Local Gov’t Investment Pool account to the General Bank Account to pay bills/payroll.

     5.UNFINISHED BUSINESS

5.1   Chief’s evaluation

5.2  Discuss Board policy 5.8 covering orientation and motion to waive that requirement as the board did not change, unless anyone on the board feels that they need said summation.  Put orientation on calendar for June Board meeting 2024.         

5.3 Discuss July meeting Oath of Office requirement and presentation of credentials per ORS law.  Make sure we stay “legal.” Four board members are starting a new term.

          6. NEW BUSINESS

                6.1  Resolution 2023-3 Regarding budget.

(a motion to approve Resolution 2023-3 adopting, making appropriations, imposing taxes and             categorizing taxes for fiscal year 2023-24 budget)

6.2  Resolution 2023-4 Transferring funds from Chief’s levy to general fund (A motion to approve      resolution 2023-4 transferring funds from the Chief’s levy to the general fund as specified on the resolution)

6.3  Resolution 2023-5 Transferring funds from the Firefighter’s levy to the general fund.  (A motion to approve resolution 2023-5 transferring funds from the firefighter’s levy to the general fund as specified in the resolution).
